For more daring beginners who want to try longer and more challenging routes, Kardzhali offers several excellent options. One of them is the Kardzhali – Sedlovina – Shiroko Pole – Monyak – Kardzhali route. Passing through some of the most picturesque parts of the region, this route offers incredible panoramic views and moderate challenges. Another great choice for intermediate hikers is the Kardzhali – Shiroko Pole – Lisitsite – Chit Kaya – Letovnik – Momchilgrad – Kardzhali route, which combines the beauty of nature with the preserved historical and cultural landmarks of the region.
For those looking for a bigger challenge If you already have some experience and want something more exciting, the Kardzhali – Letovnik – Dambala – Chomakovo – Shiroko Pole – Kardzhali route is an excellent choice. It is among the more difficult routes, but in return offers unparalleled views and a sense of adventure.
